Agna Group now has its own Leadership Academy. Agna Leadership Academy initiated its very first training program for employees on January 27, 2012.
The first of its kind in Albania and the Balkans, and among the few in Europe, Agna Leadership Academy will help employees grow professionally by reference to the best standards of contemporary business.
The Academy features three structured levels and a permanent staff of trainers, alongside part-time professors from Albania, Kosovo, Europe, and India. The Academy's modules are designed for direct application to real-world business practices.
